How do we perform the staff augmentation process for our customers

When identifying, recommending, onboarding and following up a candidate into the customer’s organization, Growth Solutions follow a strict, predefined SOP. (“Standing Operating Procedure” ). The  SOP ensures efficient and effective deployment of external resources to meet client needs while maintaining quality, communication, and accountability.

Procedure steps:

Preparation:

Client Needs Assessment:
  • The client's requirements and objectives for the project are assessed in detail, including specific skills, expertise, and resource requirements.
  • A clear understanding of the project scope, timeline, and deliverables is established in collaboration with the client. Time perspectives are taken into account during assessment.
  • The assessment process includes discussions with the client to identify suitable candidates and determine team composition requirements.
Resource Identification:
  • Drawing from comprehensive sources such as top universities, our extensive company database and external recruitment channels, our HR department identifies suitable candidates based on the client's needs assessment.
  • Our candidate pool encompasses professionals from diverse backgrounds and expertise, ensuring a wide range of options tailored to meet the specific requirements of client projects.

Deployment Process:

Candidate Selection:
  • Prior to presentation to the client, potential candidates undergo evaluation by a team at Growth Solutions. This evaluation includes language checks, an assessment of professional skills and interviews.
  • Candidates who match the client's requirements are presented to the client for further review and approval.
Onboarding and Orientation:
  • Once selected, the chosen candidates undergo an onboarding process to familiarize themselves with the client's organization, project goals, team structure, and processes. This includes any physical stays in the client's organization and training on specific tools.
  • Orientation may include training sessions conducted by Growth Solutions Key Account or the client, focusing on tools, technologies, and methodologies relevant to the project.
  • It will take 2 to 4 weeks from the received inquiry to the onboarding process.
Integration with Client Team:
  • Our approach involves seamlessly integrating augmented staff members into the client's team. To ensure smooth integration, the project manager proposes clearly define responsibilities for our personnel, including any trial or test periods.
  • Our team operates from modern and well-equipped offices in Pakistan, fostering a professional and conducive work environment.
  • The project manager establishes regular communication channels to facilitate collaboration, feedback, and alignment with project goals. Examples of actions to address remote work challenges and different time zones include implementing robust communication tools and scheduling regular virtual meetings.
Project Management and Oversight:
  • Project management primarily falls under the client's responsibility.
  • A Growth Solutions Key Account takes an active role in monitoring and overseeing augmented staff members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • The Key Account conducts regular performance reviews and feedback sessions to ensure employees meet expectations.
  • Necessary support is provided to address any issues that may arise during the project.
  • Open and transparent communication with the client is maintained through regular status updates and progress reports.
  • Timely resolution of any concerns or requests is ensured.
